Today was day three of ninety. Yeah, a long way to go. Today was shoulders and arms. Again, it was one of two workouts that I am familiar with from having done it before. In my opinion the shoulders and arms workout is one the easiest ones that I have done so it was a bit of a welcomed break.
Thank god too, because after doing the Plyometrics workout yesterday I dont think I could have handled another one like that.
I have to admit that there was a point during the Ab Ripper X section of today’s workout when I was laying on the ground and thinking to myself, this is the “real deal.” There is no easy way out of this. I guess that is why people who actually commit to the P90X program really see dramatic results. If you do what you are supposed to do, its not easy but it does the trick.
My problem so far is that my hip flexors are so sore from the Ab Ripper and the Plyometics that my body is screaming “Uncle” everytime I have to do something.
I must be tired and cranky too because Kristin looked at me today and said, “I dont like you on P90X, you are too tired and irritable.” Enough said. Here’s to hoping that it gets easier from here on out.
